Purpose & scope

The website is an informational resource describing the Terra Vita FieldTrace & Attribution App and its integration with Terra Vita Hub. It is intended for institutional reviewers, field counterparts, and prospective partners. The direct app is provisioned to named operators; this website is not a public app store, marketplace, or self-service portal.

No advice, no warranty

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, environmental, certification, or institutional advice. The website is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Terra Vita does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, currency or availability of any information on the site.

Authority boundary

Terra Vita does not rate, certify, approve, finance or replace institutional judgement. Any institutional decision drawn from Terra Vita evidence — captured via the App, routed through the Hub, or referenced on this site — remains the responsibility of the receiving institution. References on this site to "audit-ready" or "institutional review" describe the format and attribution of artefacts, not any endorsement, certification or rating by Terra Vita.

Access requests

Submitting an access request through the form on this site does not create a contract, partnership, or any obligation on either side. Terra Vita is under no obligation to respond to or accept any access request. Provisioning of the App, when offered, is governed by a separate written institutional agreement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or harmful information via the access request form;
• Use automated means (scrapers, crawlers, bots) to overload or interfere with the website;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any non-public part of the system;
• Reproduce or republish substantial portions of the site without prior written permission.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, names, marks, copy, design and code on this site are the property of Terra Vita Global B.V. unless otherwise indicated. Limited quotation for editorial, academic or institutional discussion is permitted with attribution.

External links

The site links to external resources (Terra Vita Hub, Terra Vita Global group site, the Dutch Data Protection Authority, third-party processor pages). Terra Vita has no control over external content and accepts no responsibility for it.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Terra Vita Global B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with use of, or inability to use, the website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Dutch law.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence.

Terra Vita may revise these terms at any time. The version number and effective date in the header above reflect the current revision. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
